POE polyolefin solar film production line

POE Polyolefin elastomer Basic characteristics:
1, POE has the general characteristics of thermoplastic elastomers, the soft chain curl structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain as a physical crosslinking point, so that it has excellent toughness and good processability;
2, low price and relatively small density, so the volume price is low;
3, excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, wide temperature range;
4, weather resistance, good aging resistance, because there is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastic, it has good aging resistance;
5, oil resistance, compression resistance permanent deformation and wear resistance is not good;
6, POE plastic molecular weight distribution is narrow, has good mobility, and good compatibility with polyolefin;
7, good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of the filler, but also can improve the product weld mark strength.
